Restaurant and Bar Fit-out for Waterfront Entertainment
We completed an exciting restaurant and bar fit-out along the scenic Hickson Road waterfront in Dawes Point. With impressive views of Sydney Harbour, the venue called for an open, flowing layout to transition indoor/outdoor entertaining seamlessly.
The vision was to create a welcoming space where patrons could relax over drinks while appreciating the picturesque backdrop. We implemented an open-concept kitchen and bar on the lower level to facilitate conversation between staff and guests. The bar spills into casual high-top seating booths that lead out onto an outdoor patio overlooking the water.
